Delivery Conditions for Direct Orders from HP Velotechnik

Complete bikes and frame kits are only sold through qualified bikeshops. Spare parts can be ordered through your bike shop or directly from us.

Prices

Valid for orders from 01.09.2022. Only the latest version of our price list applies. All prices at this page listed in Euro incl. 19 % VAT, excl. shipping costs; listed in US$ excl. state sales tax, if applicable. All trades will be governed by German law and our general conditions of trade which shall be substantial part of any contracts.

Shipping

We ship by post office, forwarder or express mail. Hazardous goods such as batteries for our electric motor assist systems or retrofit kits can only be shipped to qualified dealers. Shipping risk and cost are at the customers account. Please check the shipped items immediately upon receipt. If something should be damaged despite our greatest care, please have the damage immediately acknowledged by the deliverer, otherwise damage processing is not possible.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost varies with destination and weight. For shipment of parts up to 30 kg we charge a fixed shipping fee of € 11.78 within Germany. Shipments within the EU: parts up to 8 kg € 29.63; up to 20 kg € 41.53. Shipments to Switzerland, Norway or UK: parts up to 8 kg € 39.00; up to 20 kg € 52.90. Shipments outside Europe on request. For dangerous goods shipments (batteries) up to 30 kg within Germany we charge a flat rate of € 23.68. Dangerous goods shipments within the EU: up to 30 kg € 165.41. Dangerous goods shipments to Switzerland, Norway or UK: up to 30 kg € 139.00. Dangerous goods shipments outside Europe on request.

Payment

For orders outside of Germany, we require prepayment. For orders outside of Germany, we require prepayment.

Foreign payments

We ask you to instruct your bank to make the payment at no cost to us, otherwise we will have to demand any bank charges incurred. Foreign payments please by bank transfer to HP Velotechnik GmbH & Co. KG to our account at Taunus-Sparkasse Bad Homburg, IBAN: DE 82 51250000 0042300071.
